As a customer advisor, you represent our company as the „first point of contact“
You support and advise our customers by e-mail and telephone
You take bookings by e-mail and telephone
Your qualifications
You live the service concept – you are friendly, open and communicative
Working on a PC is a matter of course for you
You are reliable and flexible – even at weekends and on public holidays
You have a good command of written and spoken German, Danish and/or English are a „plus“ but not a must
