Your duties:

Control the implementation of our HACCP concept in our stores
Continuous updating of the HACCP concept in line with legal adjustments
Advising and supporting the stores on hygiene management issues
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Planning and conducting internal and external audits and certifications
Employee training and instruction, maintenance of documentation
Ensuring the occupational safety concept with the occupational safety specialist
Support in complaint cases, customer communication

Your profile:

Qualification in hygiene management and ideally also in occupational safety in the mass catering or food industry
Willingness to take responsibility, commitment, reliable and goal-oriented way of working
Open-mindedness in working with people with disabilities
Communication skills in dealing with colleagues, guests and business partners
Service and solution oriented thinking
Driving license car advantageous
