The stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you will provide top-class entertainment and ensure unforgettable goosebump moments:
- Planning, coordination and supervision of activities in the entertainment area
- Disciplinary and administrative tasks as well as reporting
- Guidance and assessment of entertainment staff
- Supervision of guest artists, infotainers and external providers
- On-board coordination of the implementation of new concepts
- Representation of the department on board
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position in the tourism / cultural industry, preferably on board a cruise ship
- Leadership skills in an international environment
- Very good communication, team building and conflict resolution skills
- Confident demeanor in pressure and stressful situations
- Very good IT skills (MS Office etc.)
- Creativity, organizational talent and resilience
- Confident demeanor, good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German & English (written and spoken)
