This is what it’s all about:
- As Event Manager Catering Operations, you will participate in client meetings and site walk-throughs
- Together with your sales colleagues, you plan trade show and event catering and create event-related set-up plans
- You are on site during the event and control the set-up of the catering area as well as the appearance of all accente employees and the implementation of our specifications
- After the event, you are responsible for booking and controlling the actual working hours of the kitchens on site and the post-processing of the set-up plans and procedures
- You will work closely with the departmenthead Catering Operations, the division management as well as the operational areas
- You perform control tasks related to external energy and service providerinvoices and act as a technical substitute for the departmenthead in absence under supervision
This is what we are looking forward to:
- You have a completed gastronomic training or an equivalent professional / university degree
- You have already been able to gain operational experience in the catering industry
- You are proficient in all relevant applications of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- You are open, communicative, structured and like to work independently

Accente Gastronomie Service GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt Venue GmbH for many catering services at trade fairs and events, including in the Festhalle. With around 300 permanent employees and over 1000 temporary staff, we are responsible for catering, hospitality, logistics and the production of food directly on the exhibition grounds. Likewise, we are the operator of the largest Frankfurt inn Depot 1899 in Sachsenhausen, the optimal location for events up to 1000 people
