- Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the specified standards in the entire housekeeping department
- Scheduling of employees
- Close cooperation with the Hotel Manager, including regular reporting
- Contact person for passengers with problems / complaints in housekeeping
- Continuous optimization and further development of work processes and standards
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Qualified training and several years of experience in the hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of all cleaning procedures, cleaning products, chemicals and their safe storage as well as the PH standard
- Ability to motivate employees
- Leadership qualities and strong communication skills
- Very good IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure
