Your job

What awaits you on your journey with us:

• As the right hand of the chef, you are independently responsible for the organization of all outlets on board.
• Support in the rostering and scheduling of the galley crew
• Recording and ordering of ingredients in the ship’s own inventory control system
• Creation of suitable taste experiences for special occasions
• ;contact person for the galley area and regular presence for crew and guests
• Technical and disciplinary guidance of the sous chefs
• Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible

Your course & talents

This is what you bring on board:

• Completed training as a chef (f/m/d) as well as professional experience in a Führungsposition in the upscale gastronomy and / or on a cruise ship wünschenswert
• Very good technical knowledge in the field of gastronomy as well as in food science, which you also like to pass on to your team.
• You are reliable and resilient and have no problem to think outside the box.
• Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team professionally and disciplinary
• Groomed appearance and excellent manners
• Very good German and English skills
• Familiar with MS Office applications
