Your secret weapons…
- You have qualifications as a master craftsman, technician, FM specialist or similar
- Experience in facility / property management or technical real estate environment
- Knowledge of tenancy and contract law is an advantage but not a must
- You move confidently between boiler rooms and Excel spreadsheets
- You work in a structured, independent and entrepreneurial manner
- You can act flexibly and enjoy communicating at eye level with both tradespeople and management
- You can keep track of several properties and topics
- Class B driving license
Your mission…
- You keep our properties running operationally – on site and in the system
- Manage external service providers (clearly, directly and efficiently)
- You are present at the properties, recognize issues early and solve them pragmatically
- Your tasks include creating and implementing project plans
- You keep maintenance, inspections and operator obligations under control (without bureaucracy)
- You bring structure to data, documents and processes – simple and scalable
- A small team (building technicians and electricians) looks forward to your leadership and further development
- You support new lettings and the expansion of the portfolio
- You gradually build up internal structures and processes
- If necessary: pitch in yourself instead of just delegating
