Your tasks
Organization of work processes and implementation/supervision of initial training, induction and/or instruction of employees
Quality controls and handling complaints
Monitoring the correct application of specified cleaning techniques
Checking compliance with hygiene regulations and the dress code
Monitoring occupational health and safety and environmental protection measures
Collaborating with the higher-level manager on staff scheduling, payroll, vacation planning, documentation and monitoring the management of working hours
Key issue and verification
Checking the condition of cleaning equipment / machines
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a building cleaner or have several years of professional experience in building cleaning (experience in hospital cleaning is desirable)
Completed further training as a disinfector (if not available, we will cover the costs of the qualification)
Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning processes and cleaning chemicals
Confident handling of MS Office
Well-groomed appearance
Committed and customer-oriented manners
Good knowledge of German
Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, ability to work in a team
Due to legal regulations, valid proof of measles immunity / measles vaccination is required.
