Your tasks
Leading and instructing your cleaning team
Intensive professional exchange with the customer
Quality assurance with regard to the cleaning service provided
Documentation of your team’s working hours
Carrying out special assignments, e.g. after renovations
Supporting quality and environmental management
Your qualifications
Training as a building cleaner or several years of relevant professional experience
Ideally experience in employee management
Good knowledge of German
Car driver’s license required
Willingness to work in shifts and empathy
Customer orientation, reliability and accuracy
