The Württemberg State Sports Federation (WLSB) is the umbrella organization for sports federations and sports clubs in Württemberg, with its headquarters in Stuttgart. The state sports schools in Albstadt and Ruit are the WLSB’s two educational facilities. The WLSB and its sports federations conduct approximately 1,000 training courses and elite athlete programs there each year. The Albstadt State Sports School hosts approximately 28,500 overnight stays annually and ensures the well-being of its guests 7 days a week.
To support our kitchen team at the Albstadt State Sports School, we are seeking a candidate to start as soon as possible
a cook (m/f/d)
on a full-time basis (39.5 hours per week).

Your Responsibilities
- Preparing hot and cold meals for guests at the State Sports School
- Assisting with the planning of meal menus
- Serving as the point of contact during meal times for questions regarding ingredients, allergens, etc.
- Adhering to recipe and preparation guidelines; declaring additives and allergens
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and guidelines in accordance with HACCP
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing goods, including verifying invoices
Your Profile
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in institutional food service or commercial kitchen operations is desirable
- Willingness to work 5 days a week according to a pre-assigned shift schedule with rotating weekly shifts (mornings and afternoons) as well as weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a 14-day rotation
- Certificate of instruction pursuant to Section 43 of the Infection Protection Act
- Ability to work independently, teamwork skills, resilience, enthusiasm, and a structured approach to work
- Strong service orientation and a friendly demeanor toward guests
