Your Tasks
- Receiving, processing and checking incoming correspondences and individual reservations on a daily basis via all applicable distribution channels
- Creating and sending reservation offers and booking confirmations
- Extensive individual advice to our guests on the phone, taking into account the specified sales, budget requirements and pricing strategy
- Recording of reservation-relevant data in the PMS system as well as permanent maintenance of guest data
- Receiving and processing guest requests and complaints
- Gäste correspondences as well as accounting tasks
- Processing and checking incoming MICE and group requests according to the specifications of the reservation management and event department
- Creating departmental statistics and reports
- Collaborate closely with all other operational departments
- Collaborate and support the creation of a modern hotel distribution
Your Profile
- A completed education in the hotel industry, tourism or sales
- First experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry an advantage
- Positive charisma and a communicative personality
- Äu;first discretion as well as excellent manners
- Aliable, responsible and independent working style
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays in a rolling system (according to duty roster) as well as shift work
- Knowledge of Oracle Suite 8 is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
- Representative and well-groomed appearance
