You are happy to take on these tasks:
- Overall personnel responsibility and management of the department head team
- You will be responsible for the budget and ensuring sustainable earnings
- You will ensure that the hotel has a secure position in the market and gain a good market share
- You reliably manage the accounts receivable, the monthly closing and the inventory
- As General Manager, you are also the face of the hotel
- Ensuring and maintaining all necessary standards of our franchise partner
- As a role model, you ensure that all processes run smoothly
- Quality assurance in all departments and areas
