to deputize for the General Manager

You are happy to take on these tasks:
- First point of contact for the front office team
- Representing the General Manager in his absence
- Revenue management
- You see yourself as a host, give our guests a warm welcome and deal with them openly and charmingly
- Check in and check out our guests
- You accept and process reservation, group and meeting requests
- Responsibility for cash management and debtor control
- Preparation of the month-end closing
- Supporting the General Manager in the creation of duty rosters
- Perform all administrative tasks at the front office and in the back office safely and independently
- You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
- You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company

The first Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel in North Rhine-Westphalia will open in Monheim am Rhein in 2025.
The hotel offers 142 rooms, including over 20 spacious suites, and will thus offer three-star comfort for both business and leisure travelers on around 5,300 square meters – right in the heart of the city. Hotel guests can enjoy shopping, dining and leisure facilities right on the doorstep.
