Your tasks
You are responsible for the coordination and organization of the entire kitchen process with the associated key business figures
You lead and motivate your team, hold professional and respectful discussions with your employees and are responsible for personnel planning, scheduling and development, among other things
Compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP is also one of your tasks, as is merchandise management
You work closely with your management and are in constant communication with them
