Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for coordinating and organizing all kitchen operations, including the associated business metrics.
You lead and motivate your team, conduct professional and respectful performance reviews, and handle tasks such as staff planning, scheduling, and development.
Ensuring compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations is also part of your responsibilities, as is inventory management
You’ll work closely with your management team and maintain constant communication
