Your responsibilities with us would include:
You are responsible for coordinating and organizing all kitchen operations, including the associated business metrics.
You lead and motivate your team, conduct professional and respectful conversations with your employees, and handle, among other things, staff planning, scheduling, and development.
Ensuring compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations is also part of your responsibilities, as is inventory management
You work closely with your management team and maintain constant communication
