The spa administration of the municipality of Waldbronn and its 57 employees see themselves as a service provider for its citizens and guests. The GmbH operates and markets the tourist facilities of the award-winning spa town, including the 5-Wellness-Stars certified Albtherme, the modern Kurhaus with spa gardens and the outdoor pool. Located at the interface between the city (Karlsruhe) and the northern Black Forest, Waldbronn is continuously developing with its tourism and health-oriented themes.
Your tasks
The job holder is strategically and operationally responsible for all administrative tasks, the handling of related projects and for the area of tourism. This includes the following tasks:
Management of the administration, in particular the areas of business, finance and contracts, personnel management and the office of the spa advisory board
Strategic development and management of tourism facilities
Development and support of offers for the health market
Communication, marketing and promotion management
Your qualifications
Successfully completed studies in business administration, public economics, preferably with a focus on tourism management or comparable qualifications
Several years of professional experience, ideally with management responsibility
Very good commercial, digital and communication skills
Strategic mindset combined with operational implementation skills
