Your secret weapons…
- Several years of professional experience in proposal or concept management, ideally in food service, contract catering or communal catering
- Experience in leading teams and coordinating cross-departmental processes
- Confident handling of tender documents; knowledge of public procurement procedures (e.g. VOL/A) an advantage
- Strong conceptual and creative skills in the preparation of tenders and presentation documents
- Structured, independent way of working with high quality standards and a keen eye for detail
- Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Word); experience with project management tools an advantage
- Strong communication skills at all levels – internally and externally with customers and decision-makers
- Ability to work under pressure, organizational talent and the ambition to not only manage processes, but to actively shape them
Your mission…
- Managing the entire quotation process for new and existing customers – from receipt of the tender to final submission
- Close coordination with the Sales Managers, the Head of Sales, the management and the operational managers
- Reviewing, analyzing and structuring incoming tender documents including formal requirements (including public procurement procedures in accordance with UVgO/VOL)
- Coordination and distribution of tasks within the team and to relevant specialist departments (e.g. Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Operations, Costing, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.)
- Tracking and ensuring all internal input and deadlines in the bidding process
- Development and preparation of convincing concepts and proposal documents including pitch presentations at management level
- Responsibility for the administrative bidding process – from recording to documentation
- Technical and disciplinary management of a small, effective team
- Continuous development and optimization of processes, templates and standards in the bidding process
