Your mission…
- Reporting and presentation of key figures & recommendations to management
- Negotiating with top suppliers and evaluating new partners
- Budget planning, cost control and savings analysis
- Development & implementation of purchasing strategies for fresh ingredients and materials
- Control of the purchasing process including orders and warehouse management
- Introduction of category management and food concepts in the team
- Close cooperation with catering teams and quality management
- Leading, developing and securing the results of the purchasing team
