• You lead a 40-50-person team and place great emphasis on onboarding your employees and guests

• You clearly communicate innovations on operational concepts to ensure service quality and
  keep an eye on your team’s performance
• As a role model for your entire team, you deal with different people individually and address
  conflicts openly

Your profile:

• A completed vocational training, e.g. in the field of transport service or system catering, alternatively
  a completed degree
• You want to start or further your career as a manager
• The variety between working in the Büro and accompanying your Mitarbeiter:innen on the train
  you find appealing
