Hotel specialist for reception part-time

For our employees as well as external guests we maintain our own guesthouse with 21 apartments. With your commitment and your high service and customer orientation you provide für the well-being and satisfaction of our Gäste.

Your tasks

You are the first point of contact for guests and coordinate their check-in and check-out with a friendly smile. Furthermore, you are responsible for the reservation and invoice processing of events of the Bundesbank and private accommodations. Your Profile

• Completed training in hotel management
• Professional experience in the above tasks
• Very good MS Office skills
• Experience working with Oracle Suite 8 hotel software or comparable software
• High service and customer orientation, independent and at the same time team-oriented way of working, impeccable manners, confident appearance as well as pleasure in dealing with people 
• Good command of spoken and written German and English
