This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Decision-maker in the Hotel Inventory Controlling department and responsible for the ship’s own merchandise management system
- Management and control of the inventory of food, beverages and materials on board
- Responsibility for planning and ordering deliveries, goods receipts, local purchases and goods issue on board with corresponding booking in the merchandise management system
- Budget responsibility incl. carrying out inventories
- Duration of your 1st contract: 4 – 6 months (also by individual arrangement)
Your course & your talents
We are looking for the best: you! What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel industry or commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the F&B sector
- Experience in the cruise industry
- Excellent product knowledge in the upscale hotel industry and experience in logistics is an advantage
- Cost and quality awareness
- Self-organization of your working day does not throw you off track
- Very good IT skills, ideally knowledge of Crunchtime
- Very good knowledge of German and English
