Your tasks

To support the owner family, we are looking for an experienced hotel manager who will manage our charming hotel in Norden with passion and commitment. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the operations of our hotel. Your goal is to offer our guests an unforgettable stay and at the same time create an inspiring environment for our employees.

These points are part of your area of responsibility:

  • Appreciative leadership, development and motivation of the hotel team to achieve a great guest experience.
  • Ensuring smooth operations in all operational departments and optimizing processes
  • Developing and implementing innovative business strategies to increase profitability and competitiveness.
  • Contact person for department heads, management and guests.
  • Responsibility for budget planning, monitoring and control.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards at the highest level.
  • Representing the hotel at events and in public.

Our requirements

We are looking for a committed hotel manager who has appreciative and agile leadership qualities and has a lot of experience in developing people and teams and optimizing processes.

You should have the following qualifications:

  • Completed studies in hotel management or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in management positions in the hotel industry.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Structured and organized way of working, ability to tackle and solve problems.
  • Experience in budget management and dealing with finances.
