In particular, your areas of responsibility include:

• Organization of events in coordination with the respective client of the event, coordination with the kitchen management, housekeeping and service
• Coordination of event schedule and room occupancy schedule
• Staff scheduling
• Event and guest management
• Coordination of external service providers/handicraftsmen for the maintenance of the seminar center
• Technical support of the seminar operation in Siggen
