Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning of the suites and will serve as the primary point of contact for guests in the suite area.
- As needed, your duties will include serving drinks or meals in the suites and distributing guest linens.
- On changeover days, you’ll escort your new guests to their respective suites and explain how everything works.
- Contract duration of your first contract: 5–6 months (subject to individual agreement)
- Your start date will be determined by individual agreement based on your availability in conjunction with the on-board schedule and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry is a plus, and professional experience in housekeeping is required
- You are reliable and resilient, and you’re not satisfied until your guests have had a truly wonderful vacation.
- You have excellent manners and are passionate about hospitality.
- A neat and pleasant appearance, as well as polite manners
- Very good German and good English skills
