The housekeeping department is of central importance for the departments and people in our facility and is therefore an important part of our planning and decision-making processes. The housekeeping department therefore plays a decisive role in how the facility presents itself both internally and externally.
Your tasks
Management of the housekeeping team
Close cooperation with overall and departmental management
Good opportunities to contribute own and innovative ideas
Economic responsibility for the housekeeping department
Management and partial restructuring of laundry and cleaning services
Responsibility for the hygiene plan and implementation
Responsibility for hygiene inspections and hygiene commissions
Organization of festivities
Your qualifications
Completed training in housekeeping
Management experience primarily from the care or hotel industry
Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene and HACCP
Extensive knowledge of nutrition and health issues
Good interface management skills
Strong sense of customer and service orientation
Good business management skills in budgeting, planning and monitoring
