Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you will serve as the liaison between the housekeeping staff and butlers, as well as the housekeeping management team, and will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of your assigned work area and the public hallways in the guest area.
- Your duties include inspecting and approving cleaned suites, as well as supporting the aforementioned teams.
- You will serve as the point of contact for guests’ special requests, such as explaining suite features, receiving documents or laundry, and changing pillows.
- Contract duration of your first contract: 4–6 months (also negotiable on an individual basis)
- Your start date will be determined by individual agreement based on your availability in conjunction with the on-board schedule and is generally possible year-round.

What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or several years of professional experience in housekeeping
- You are reliable and resilient, and you’re not satisfied until your guests have had a truly wonderful vacation.
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be a great asset to the onboard team.
- You are a passionate host and have excellent manners.
- A neat and pleasant appearance, as well as polite manners
- Very good German and good English skills
