HR Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Studies in the field of economics o.ä. with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
- Multiple years of professional experience in human resources work in an international context as well as experience in working with works councils
- Networker with a high level of communication and argumentation skills
- Experience with payroll systems, ideally LOGA
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
Your destination
- Ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes in a defined support area along the employee journey
- Supervising and supporting our managers and employees:inside in all HR topics (such as personnel planning, personnel development, performance management as well as conflict resolution and labor law issues)
- Administrative HR work such as creating employment contracts, contract amendments, etc.
- Involvement in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes in the sense of service provision to managers and employees
