HR Tech Program Coordinator (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Training in the commercial sector or an equivalent qualification as well as initial professional experience in HR or IT support would be desirable.
- Affinity for digital HR solutions and IT systems.
- Very good knowledge of English and German and confident with MS Office 365, especially with BI tools.
- An independent, structured and reliable way of working, flexibility and the ability to work in a team.
Your destination
- (Global) project coordination: You support the planning and organization of projects and meetings, create agendas and briefings and ensure that results are documented and tracked.
- Efficient information management: You prioritize incoming topics, coordinate the forwarding to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely implementation.
- Content management & structure: You create and update documentation, presentations and content and ensure proper authorization management.
- Communication & interfaces: You work closely with HR, IT and Carnival Corporation brands, prepare status reports and updates and support transparency in projects.
- Automation & process optimization: You identify automation potential, support the implementation of smart solutions and actively contribute to increasing the efficiency of our HR systems.
