IT Service Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in overseeing development projects
- In-depth knowledge of technologies, frameworks and industry best practices
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects
- Excellent English and German language skills and confidence in using modern workplace technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;excellent English and good German language skills and confident in using modern workplace technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resilience and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders
Your destination
- Responsible for the management of service delivery, including ensuring the timely and successful completion of IT (sub)projects
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring all IT infrastructure delivery activities
- Implementing IT infrastructure changes through careful planning, monitoring and communication
- Leading and motivating the IT service team and promoting a collaborative, innovative and communicative environment;careful planning, monitoring and communication
- Leading and motivating the IT service team and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Monitoring spend and ensuring cost effective use of budget
- Identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate risks
