As Junior Controller Ships Operations (f/m/d) at sea chefs you can expect not only a varied job in controlling – you will also dive into the world of seafaring!

• Prüfung von Schiffskassen und bordseitigem Cashflow
• Mitwirkung bei der Budgeerstellung und -überwachung
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Forecasts und bei der Liquiditätsplanung
• Interface function between specialist department and ship
• Safeguarding internal control mechanisms
• Further development of controlling tools in consultation with superiors
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports as well as präsentations
• Reporting and analysis with business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse (DWH) tools
• Association with various software applications, such as.For example, the accounting software „Oracle“ and the enterprise resource planning system „CrunchTime!“

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or completed studies at a business or hotel school
• First work experience in controlling advantageous
• Sure handling of MS Office, especially pronounced Excel skills
• Excellent numerical understanding
• ;ndnis and logical thinking
• Structured and process-oriented way of working
• Willingness to solution-oriented project work
• Team ability, good interdepartmental cooperation
• Very good German & good English skills (written and spoken)
