• Ensuring continuous staffing of entertainment positions on board the Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises fleets (focus on manager, technician and actor positions), taking into account the job requirements and specifications of the operational departments
• Creating and communicating deployment plans

;organization, execution and evaluation of castings in the acting area in close cooperation with the technical department

• Loose cooperation and communication with the recruiting team regarding positions to be filled as well as with the technical department
• ;close cooperation and communication with the recruiting team regarding vacancies and close cooperation with Manning agencies
• Support in personnel marketing measures for the entertainment sector (online and print products)
• Maintenance and optimization of the employee pool including employee development
• Contract and fee negotiations within the scope of the assignment planning (taking into account budget requirements);
• Support in briefings for the entertainment positions to be filled on board
• Regular reporting
• Contribute to administration and organization in the department

What you bring with you:

• A degree in theater or cultural management would be an advantage or corresponding professional experience
• Ideally professional experience on board a cruise ship and/or in the area of scheduling, preferably in the cultural or theater sector
• Intentual affinity with the area to be supervised
• Budgetary work in compliance with economic targets
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Organizational talent, self-reliance and the ability to work in a team
