Versatility is your great talent and you want the same from your job? As a Junior Shops Recruitment Coordinator (f⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you can expect more than just a varied job – you can also immerse yourself in the world of seafaring!
- Recruitment of store crew / retail staff for deployment on board cruise ships
- Close cooperation with customers and the sea chefs crewing team in Cyprus
- Selection and support of applicants as well as completion of all administrative tasks in the recruiting process
- Organization and implementation of recruiting & casting days to get to know and select suitable applicants
- Maintaining and managing the database to ensure efficient organization and follow-up
- Implementing coordinated marketing measures, e.g. researching and placing job advertisements on job portals and active sourcing
- Participation in trade fairs and information events for networking and crew recruitment
- Developing new ideas to attract and retain employees
- Supporting the tourism staff team and working on project-related tasks
Your course & your talents
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in retail, as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification or further training or studies in the relevant field
- Initial experience in recruiting, e.g. through internships or working student activities, is an advantage
- Professional experience on cruise ships is a plus
- Independent and structured way of working as well as flexibility and strong organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High resilience, reliability and integrity
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Good general knowledge and confident manners
