Junior Sous Chef (m/f/d)
Your previous ports of call
  • Professional training as a chef and demonstrable professional experience in the hotel or restaurant sector Restaurant kitchen, ideally management experience
  • Knowledge in the areas of HACCP and food safety
  • Very good knowledge of English and confident handling of MS Office
  • Excellent service and guest orientation, confidence and sense of responsibility
Your chartered goal
  • Coordination of the entire planning and organization of a À-la-carte re­s­tau­rant or buffet restaurant
  • Attractive presentation of the dishes according to our high quality standards
  • Planning, management and motivation of an international team
  • Control of goods ordering and storage
  • Advisory of guests with regard to food safety;
  • Controlling the ordering and storage of goods
  • Advising guests with regard to food intolerances or allergies
  • Correct implementation of our hygiene, environmental and safety standards in the area of responsibility
