Your tasks
Preparation and cooking of salads and desserts
Portioning and distributing cold dishes
Assistance and cutting work in the hot kitchen
Cleaning work surfaces and kitchen appliances
Assistance in the scullery
Stock keeping and compliance with the HACCP concept and the LHVO
Your qualifications
Good knowledge of German
Friendly, courteous and polite appearance and behavior
Enjoy dealing with people
Respectful handling of food
Experience in gastronomy or commercial kitchens desirable
