Your tasks
You make pasta, pinsa and salads according to the wishes of our guests (sometimes in front of them).
In the Manifattura and in the preparation kitchen, you will make sauces, pesto, pasta and dolci, among other things.
You make sure that you never run out of any ingredient.
You will work closely with your team and ensure a good atmosphere in the restaurant.
You ensure the cleanliness of your station.
You ensure compliance with our (hygiene) standards.
