Your Responsibilities
Planning, preparation, and production of meals using fresh, seasonal, and regional products with a fixed percentage of organic ingredients;
Independent food procurement and storage;
Promotional planning: Together with the restaurant manager and the team, you will develop innovative and culinary ideas for seasonal events and promotions;
Staff and shift scheduling: You will create shift schedules, manage staff absences, and ensure the kitchen team runs smoothly;
Providing professional guidance to kitchen staff;
You will mentor and support new employees during their orientation;
Ensuring hygiene standards are met in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Direct contact with rehabilitation patients allows you to use their feedback as a driving force for continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
Are you a trained chef (m/f/d) with experience in institutional food service? As a production manager, you’ll be responsible for your team, processes, and quality—ensuring everything is organized, hygienic, and collaborative.
