Your tasks
You take over the management of a company restaurant with specialist supervision for up to 20 employees
You will be responsible for IT-supported personnel planning
You will also be responsible for using our „Kost“ merchandise management program for purchasing and recipe creation
You will take care of quality management in accordance with our existing HACCP standards
You develop strategic goals together with the management and implement them
You organize and supervise the daily catering at conferences (finger food) and events in the town hall
We reserve the right to change or add to the area of responsibility.
Your qualifications
Completed master craftsman’s examination in the food sector and completed training as a chef
Several years of professional experience in a commercial kitchen
Good knowledge of IT-supported work
Knowledge or experience in the commercial sector or in event management is an advantage
Management experience is desirable
