Kitchen Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the organization and management of the hospital kitchen
- Planning, calculation and further development of the food on offer for patients, employees and external customers
- Economic management of purchasing, merchandise management and production
- Managing, motivating and scheduling the kitchen team
- Ensuring and further developing hygiene and quality standards
- Close cooperation with clinic management, nursing and dietary advice
- Further development of processes and procedures within the kitchen organization
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in a canteen kitchen, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Initial management experience or experience in a deputy management role
- Knowledge of special diets and dietary requirements
- Economic understanding of kitchen organization and merchandise management
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility and structured way of working
- Team-oriented leadership and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of common PC applications
