Your tasks
Management responsibility and technical support for employees in the kitchen area
Responsibility for the catering and supply areas of the 79 daycare centers
First point of contact for daycare center managers, kitchen staff and all service providers with regard to catering and supply services
Management and deployment of the daycare center’s internal kitchen staff
Planning, setting up, managing and monitoring all processes relating to catering and supply
Ensuring the inspection of occupational safety
Ensuring all contractual matters in the area of responsibility, monitoring compliance with contract content and deadlines
Responsibility for quality management and process improvement
Implementation of and compliance with the HACCP concept and DGE quality standards
Document management and reports
Organization and/or implementation of training courses
Participation in tenders for equipment
Active project work and working groups
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef or dietician and at least three years of professional experience as a kitchen or operations manager or as a catering manager in the area of kitchen organization for communal catering
Experience in personnel planning and management
Knowledge and experience in supply and catering management
Specialist knowledge of healthy nutrition for children
Very good knowledge of the HACCP concept
Strong organizational skills
Convincing cooperation and communication skills
Independence, flexibility, assertiveness
