- Lighting support and programming of all formats in the area of entertainment shows by guest artists and shipboard programs
- Operation of all entertainment lighting and broadcast technology on board in the theater, studio, stage and bar areas
- Setting up and dismantling mobile lighting and broadcast technology as well as props for the daily shows on board
- Filming, mixing and broadcasting the daily live TV transmissions on board, including preparation and post-processing
- Shooting TV inserts and other filming requirements on board, including post- and pre-production
- Ensuring the functionality of all SAT reception and on-board TV systems
- Checking the correct assignment of TV programs and playlists
- Maintenance, care and management of the entertainment lighting and broadcast technology on board as well as coordination of repairs and orders
- Administrative tasks and reporting
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed training as a specialist for event technology (focus: lighting)
- Very good knowledge of network technology (ArtNet)
- Experience as a lighting technician in the performance business (musical, theater, show)
- Very good knowledge of modern lighting and video technology (Hog 4, grandMA 3, ArKaos, Mediamaster-Pro, Roland, Panasonic, show cue system, Q-Lab) as well as experience in working with MIDI and timecode
- Very good knowledge of modern broadcast and editing technology (Blackmagic Design, Teracue, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience in lighting programming and lighting design
- Basic IT knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English
