In stylishly furnished 1- or 2-bed rooms with hotel-like furnishings, we create an environment in which our guests can feel completely at ease – without compromising on the highest medical quality. With our comfort package, we also offer the opportunity to take advantage of services in 1-bed or 2-bed rooms on our normal wards that go beyond the statutory requirements. Patient service is a central component of our concept: our service staff look after our patients in a friendly, attentive and professional manner throughout their stay – from admission to discharge.
The Katholisches Klinikum Bochum is a maximum care hospital network and operates ten facilities. Your new field of activity
- Overall responsibility for patient service in the elective services area of all operating facilities, in particular on the comfort wards
- Professional and disciplinary management of the service staff
- Ensuring an excellent, uniform level of service in all facilities
- Processing patient feedback
- Optimizing service processes and improving patient satisfaction
- Contact person for patients, their relatives and medical and nursing staff
- Close cooperation with other colleagues involved in the overall context of elective services (e.g. Head of Catering, Head of Service & Services, Patient Management, etc.)
What we wish for
- Completed training or studies in the hotel industry, gastronomy or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of patient service, hospitality or upscale service sector, desirable experience with international guests
- Leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance and strong service orientation in dealing with patients and their relatives
