Become part of our headquarters team in Berlin by appointment and apply as
Manager People & Culture (STARS)*

Together with you, your future team will consist of seven people and will support our hotel operations throughout Germany centrally from Berlin. You will be the personal contact for all our triSTARS (that’s what we call our employees) and work very sustainably with modern digital equipment. Your working hours can be arranged flexibly – let’s just talk about it!

You are happy to take on these tasks:

  • The independent support of individual hotel operations in personnel matters
  • You are the contact person and consultant for all HR-related topics
  • Further development, implementation and optimization of existing People & Culture processes
  • Managing employee master data with the help of our PPE HR software
  • Comprehensive recruiting
  • You process the entries and exits of our employees, our triSTARS
  • Collaboration with offices and relevant authorities
  • Dealing with general correspondence
  • Internal communication with all triSTARS
  • Maintaining our homepage and various portals
