The Hampton by Hilton Berlin City East Side Gallery impresses with a total of 254 rooms. This makes it one of the brand’s largest hotels in Europe. This and more than 40 other hotels are managed and operated by us as tristar GmbH.

Night Audit (STARS)*
Your tasks are:
- Welcoming, checking in and checking out guests
- First point of contact for all concerns and questions of our guests
- Cash register management and invoicing
- Preparing the daily closing and various sales statistics
- Managing a shift at reception, ensuring the best possible guest service and professional complaint handling
- Accepting and processing reservation requests
- Checking waiter’s bills and managing the reception cash register including the required financial statements
- Regular inspection rounds
- Overall responsibility for the hotel during the night shift
Our requirements profile for you:
- You have already gained experience in a comparable position
- You are a host with all your heart and enjoy dealing with guests
- You are characterized by a committed and independent way of working, the ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
- A clean and well-groomed appearance as well as a friendly and open demeanor and enjoy dealing with our international guests are required
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the corporate hotel industry
- Experience with the OnQ hotel software will help you in your new job
