Your job
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- In this position, you will be the first point of contact for guests in the housekeeping area as well as the other departments during night times.
- During the night, you will be responsible for all room service requests from guests, breakfast orders for the next morning and regular checks in the public areas.
- Your duties will also include preparation for day service (including mis en place, distribution of newspapers, letters and fresh laundry).
- Minor cleaning work in the suites and public areas may be required.
- Duration of your 1st contract: 5 – 6 months (by individual arrangement)
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel industry desirable and/or initial work experience in housekeeping
- You are reliable and resilient and only satisfied when your guests have had an all-round great vacation.
- The self-organization of your working day does not throw you off track.
- You are a passionate host and have excellent manners.
- Well-groomed and pleasant appearance
- Very good German and good English skills
