Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for guests in housekeeping and other departments during the night shift.
- During the night, you’ll be responsible for handling all guest room service requests, taking breakfast orders for the next morning, and conducting regular inspection rounds in the public areas.
- Your duties also include preparing for the day shift (including mise en place, distributing newspapers, mail, and fresh linens).
- If necessary, you may be asked to perform minor cleaning tasks in the suites and public areas.
- Contract duration for your first contract: 5–6 months (subject to individual agreement)
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- A completed training program in the hospitality industry is preferred and/or some initial professional experience in housekeeping
- You’re reliable and resilient, and you’re not satisfied until your guests have had a truly wonderful vacation.
- You stay on top of organizing your workday without getting flustered.
- You’re passionate about hospitality and have excellent manners.
- A neat and pleasant appearance
- Very good German and good English skills
