Operations Manager (f/m/d)
for our Asklepios Service Hotellerie GmbH team at the Asbach-Hähnlein site in full-time.</strong
Asklepios Service Hotellerie GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Asklepios Kliniken. Our employees work nationwide in the areas of service assistance, catering, in cafeterias, kiosks and at the reception of the clinics.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- In your future area of responsibility and activity, you will assume commercial and operational responsibility for a privately managed business, as well as comprehensive personnel responsibility.</li
- You will optimize the value creation process in the functional areas of kitchen, service and internal non-medical services based on regular key figure collection and analysis.</li
- You will always focus on compliance with the high quality standards and will also take on operational responsibility in the kitchen and in service.</li
- You are the contact person for the functional areas that report to you, as well as for all other questions and issues relating to your employees on site.</li
- You are the direct contact person for our internal customers and the corresponding interfaces.</li
- You report directly to your division manager.</li
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a (f/m/d) chef, dietician or similar training
similar training, preferably also with additional qualification as a chef or
Hotel business administrator, state-certified housekeeping management - Organizational talent
- Experience in dealing with concepts such as HACCP, average, which includes monitoring and implementation.
- Experience in dealing with food transportation and patient ordering systems as well as cash register and merchandise management systems.</li
- In-depth knowledge in an operational management function in the kitchen and/or in the area of care catering.</li
- In-depth knowledge of business administration
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action.
- Results-oriented, motivating management style.
- First-class manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- Communicative customer orientation.
- Confident in negotiations.
- MS Office knowledge.
