The tasks
- Management of the gastronomic facilities run by Aramark
- Gastronomic and business management and leadership of the team
- Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and customers
- Planning, coordination and implementation of events
- Office organization (incl. bookkeeping and operational accounting)
- Responsibility for compliance with food laws and internal standards
Your profile
- Completed gastronomic training
- Additional training as a hotel business economist or master craftsman / master craftswoman is an advantage
- Experience in upscale event catering desirable
- Business management understanding of figures
- Several years of management experience and knowledge of administrative management
- Organizational skills and social competence
