Your tasks
As part of a team, you will be responsible for the professional preparation and cooking of up to 250 lunches
You will design the menu planning (wholesome, partly vegetarian and child-friendly)
You coordinate the work processes and supervise the kitchen assistants
You will be responsible for merchandise planning and food distribution
You will be responsible for staff hygiene training and instruction in HACCP
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a cook or housekeeper
Ideally, you already have professional experience in community catering
You have basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a class 3 driver’s license
You enjoy working with children and are willing to help out in the service area at internal and external events
