Your Job
Here's what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Professional and effective delivery of physical therapy treatments and massages
- Independent development of treatment plans based on an analysis of guests’ needs, both in accordance with medical prescriptions and for preventive purposes
- Depending on the type of therapy, free choice of treatment areas, both in the spa and fitness areas
- Comprehensive care for guests, from a warm welcome to saying goodbye
- Preparing and cleaning up treatment rooms
- Actively cross-selling additional services from the spa and fitness areas (personal training, massages, etc.)
- Contract duration for your first assignment: either 4 or 6 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts
- Your promotion will be based on your availability in conjunction with the on-board staffing schedule and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training or degree in physical therapy
- Additional qualifications, such as lymphatic drainage or manual therapy, are desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a well-groomed appearance, and a strong service orientation
- Very good command of German and English
